Chokolait was established in 2007 by Ross and Marianna Harvey in Melbourne with a simple philosophy of making the finest genuine Belgian couverture chocolates, hand crafted cakes and desserts and premium quality beverages. 

Chokolait has steadily evolved and grown to become one of Melbourne’s most highly acclaimed Chocolate Salons.

Our team of Pastry Chefs and Chocolatiers create our products in our own kitchens to ensure every product is freshly prepared and of the highest possible quality.

Our creative teams strive to create new and exciting textures and flavours and we continually explore the boundaries of visual presentation, we are artisans with a passionate focus and single goal, to create “perfection”.
